In collaboration with Vetter Design Group Architects
Designed, produced, and presented the unanimously chosen, winning design concept (among four other larger architectural firms), securing a 30,000 SF, signature office building project for the leading Northwest Ohio Financial Investment Firm. Led the project from Design Development through beginning of construction, working closely with the client and consultants to merge programming and design intent. Currently wrapping up building construction with the end of 2018 as a projected completion date. The project will be submitted to the 2019 Toledo, Ohio AIA Design Awards.
